However, we all know that markets have been artificially inflated by the fed so making a prediction like that is pointless in the NWO. Despite this, it's still a light and easy read with good practical advice for the average investor.

Kiyosaki often repeats the same phrases. The book promotes financial courses offered by his company. I like the depiction of the current economic situation in the US and criticism of the retirement mutual funds.

Given the mentioned prophecy, the book will be outdated in 2 years. The book could be shorter by removing repetitive sentences, some questionnaires and repetitive financial tables.
I kind of resent the typical bombastic-motivational style, which seems that simple American population still consumes.
The teacher advises how to find a good accountant: So what does he exactly mean? He also does not explain what he will do when his tenants stop paying him rent and the price of real estate will go down during the crash.
How will he repay the mortgage? He will hardly sell property with profit because of no demand. He writes that the crash will be caused by post-war generation, who will go to retirement in two years and will start selling their retirement mutual funds, which will not be bought by anyone as there will be more elderly sellers than young buyers. Joining half a dozen popular Rich Dad books, this volume continues Kiyosaki's eloquent yet simple survival instructions to investors present and future. Kiyosaki's wealth stems from lessons learned at rich dad's balance sheets, and here he deftly illustrates those complex financial truths. He encourages r When the first baby boomers celebrate their 70th birthdays in , according to rich dad the author's financial mentor and father of his boyhood chum , a massive stock market crash will ensue.
He encourages readers-many of whom suffer from what he sees as the dismal lack of financial education in the school system-to understand factors such as ERISA, the investor-unfriendly retirement law for which rich dad vilified the government, and the overabundance of "white bread" financial advice for the masses. Wall Street has nothing to gain by smartening up investors, Kiyosaki warns, so it's up to people to educate themselves. Those convinced that reading financial statements is an activity solely for the sophisticated and the moneyed will be reassured by Kiyosaki's analogies-Noah's ark is a primary one-as he colorfully covers a host of investing esoterica and scrutinizes details every investor should recognize.

A worthful read is about how to learn to actually think like an investor, and Kiyosaki recommends to learn to invest into real estate to prosper during the big bust. Nov 07, Joe Abraham rated it it was amazing. But it is written in a very engaging and interesting way.
Of the three others on my list this one is the most of a "how-to" book Robert talks about the current landscape of the stock market and mutual funds, and follows it logically through to what is looking like a "perfect storm" happening Remember, nobody cares more about your money than you do. So it only makes sense that you be the one who makes decisions about it.

By all means, read and learn. There is a lot to be learned from this seven-year old book! Sep 29, Lou rated it really liked it Recommends it for: I read Kiyosaki because his books are encouraging. They give a sense of hope and the realization that it's okay to try to get things done.
This book was written several years ago and I only just now picked it up to find that much of what he "prophesied" has come about or is about to come about. The basis for the predictions is solid and sensible. I have to recommend it.
The practices and beliefs are probably not for everyone but the inspirational nature of it is very much appropriate for those who I read Kiyosaki because his books are encouraging. Want to be financially free. Invest in your education on the matter as well as in ventures and assets that bring in passive income.

Foretells a stock market crash to come. Somewhat timely, at the time, but no one knows exactly when an economic downturn will come. Also, was one of the things that helped me to realize there are always financial cycles, up and down, up and down. Mar 24, Cindy rated it it was amazing Recommends it for: Hardcover Verified Purchase. I've read all of RK's book's. I tend to look at them as a different point of view and as motovators.
The investment advice is a little thin and sometimes downright dangerous unless you're very well informed plus have money you can afford taking a chance with. In other words you can afford to lose all of it without it making much difference to you.
I was well on my way to being independent I own 12 dbles in one company, and a dble and triple in another plus parts of 3 other small companies before I read his books. However they did give me some much needed insights. BTW--on pg the author talks about turning ordinary things into gold.
It was first done in it had been reported earlier but not documated and again in by Glenn Seaborg. However it costs more to do then the gold is worth. A good read overall. I hadn't thought much about what will happen to my health costs when I retire and that got me to thinking I may need more money to retire than I thought.
My goal has now been raised from 3 million to 5 million. And I liked his idea of using a ark to represent your plan to be wealthy. The book was very good. If you have read any of his other books, you will have to wade thru the repeat of some of his story's.
He writes all his book like you never have read any of his books. Awesome read, period!
I've always enjoyed Robert Kiyosaki's books because he demonstrates how "rich" is really your state of mind. Fact is, the rich do think differently. Before you can build wealth, you really have to think differently than what we're taught in main stream society's education. How we think, how we process opportunity, etc. This book is a scam.
I ordered it in sept as a new edition. It took almost a year to arrive, presumably because it was still being revised. It now has a copyright! However, there is nothing in the book dated past As far as I can tell, It is the exact some book as the first edition. I have read most of his books. They are easy reads and do have some interesting information, but also incredibly repetitious.
This one may be the worst in that regard. My advice, don't buy it if you have read any of his other books. It's a waste of money.
